Yeah, I know. This is really not the place but you never know who might be interested in a bargain for a used C&L Intake and Xcalibrator 3 COMBO for $400. This kit sells for $624 at BamaChips.com

Like I said, it’s used as in been used since April of 2008 in my ‘08 V6 Mustang. Ran great with no issues what so ever. Am selling it due to the fact I’m also selling the car. Specs below:

  • Model Year - 2008
  • Make and Model - Ford Mustang
  • Engine - 4.0 V6
  • Transmission - Automatic
  • Calibration Code or Strategy - SHK1 (Must match exactly!)
  • FULL Tire Size IE: 235/50 R17 - P235/55ZR17
  • Axle Code or Gear Ratio - 3.31
  • Mod List - none
  • Premium Fuel Octane - 91
  • First Custom Tune - 87 Performance
  • Second Custom Tune - 89 Performance
  • Third Custom Tune - 91 Performance

The Calibration code or strategy MUST match or this tune will NOT work in your car! It can be found in the engine bay on either the computer itself or the black box beside it. These will be on the passenger side of the car towards the front.

I’ve been informed that “if the engine code is not the same, Doug at BamaChips can retune the tuner to any engine code. So this kit will work on any 05-09(maybe 2010) v6 mustang.” So if your code doesn’t match, Doug can match it for you with this tuner.

I’ve ran all 3 Tunes and was impressed. They are great for improved gas mileage (Really!) and performance. The one I used most was the 87 performance tune for all around good performance and mileage. I averaged 23.5 mpg on the interstate where I spend most of my driving time.

I bought them from Bamachips.com in April of last year and it’s easy to install.
